Growing on the bank opposite my house: painted on location without me even having to open the gate! As I was able to work in the shade, and had water to hand, I went a lot further than usual with acrylics before going over to oils.
The two summits in the background are the hills north of Whitesands (nr St Davids), viewed across St Brides Bay; to the left Carn Llidi and to the right Carn Llethr.
Painted about a fortnight ago: the bank is now looking much thirstier.
