Four more jars of stewed blackcurrant & gooseberry: a good year for both fruits! And I haven’t yet polished off all of last year’s stocks. Some people think bottling fruit is old-fashioned; but once the lid is screwed on, jars can be stored a very long time at ambient temperature.
