A Bardsey cluster

Bardsey is a unique Welsh apple variety: the original Atlantic-proof tree lives on Bardsey Island.
A sharpish early with blushing flesh; very hard to beat in salads.
Decided I had to “cop” this cluster before I picked them –
or the wind started picking them for me!
