this is my collection of old electric night storage heater bricks,
filling the wall recess in my garden workshop.
Far heavier than ordinary bricks: made from “feolite”,
which is sintered iron ore of some variety,
thus giving a respectable energy storage density.
Quite a few possibilities for thermal re-purposing!
