Busy this afternoon, gathering fruit in the wind before it increased to gale force and the rain arrived.
I reckon easily 100 lbs of fruit.
A lovely apple: excellent flavour, and it keeps so well.
Note the battered radio: a very useful gardening tool!
Lots of them got a real “suntan” this year; doesn’t always happen.
