Who’s polluting Pembrokeshire?

From Musselwick Sands yesterday (9th June).
Not only does it reek of solvent, but the solvent’s a very nasty one:
Xylene, which is carcinogenic.
Very surprised that there’s no Toxic To Nature symbol!
